CONTROLS:
Arrows to move around and break free. Z to shoot, multiple times for a combo (Hitting z on the 6th frame skips a frame and makes the combo faster). X to heal. C for CosmicStrike. S to dash(intended to be lshift but doesn't seem to work for the javascript?)
Also supports common gamepads (tested with a ps4 controller)
D-pad or stick to move and break free, square for the basic combo, x to jump, triangle to heal, circle for CosmicStrike and r1 to dash.

UPDATE 17.3.26 (version 0.431)
Competition mode added! (It's just a stopwatch lol) For about a month, there’s a contest at DeviantArt, having the fastest time at the end of it will be eligible for a choice of small prizes. Full conditions at Deviantart!
CosmicStrike now has more knockback and deals more damage(still doesn’t kill enemies instantly, leaving them at 1hp at best)
Tiny changes to lvl1 design
Jumping is now less floaty, making platforming a little trickier but snappier if you’re in a hurry
The Crab placeholders are removed and replaced with regular anims
Dorkmode dash added (not very effective for covering ground, well mostly ^^)

UPDATE 08.3.26 (version 0.420)
A myriad of little visual updates and additions such as cute lil critters and bg tilemap
!SPECIAL MOVES DROP! Katie can now master the technique of ‘you can just walk over it’ with her new Dash complimented with i-frames, snappy cool-down and low mana-cost. She can also serve swift fury with her powerful CosmicStrike that sends the enemies flying, puts out massive damage and even lowers the amounts of taps to escape their grapple.
The basic combo has been adjusted to be more user friendly (you always fire the first card regardless of if you hit the ‘golden frame’ or not)
Dork mode (Being too injured) is now more immersive and aesthetically pleasing
Two new enemies join the fight! Introducing Miley(from mrawesome40) and Hope(from me and mrawesome40) Miley is the first tier 2 enemy with her full animation set complete including her death animation for the joker card! (Audio yet to be added)
Music updated to fit the current feel of the game
Misc small tweaks, optimization and such

UPDATE 22.2.26 (version 0.321)
Spawnzones are live! Instead of all enemies pre-positioned and created when a room starts, there are now spawnzones of varying difficulties that create enemies as the player moves through them. (If in trouble, look for little purple/pinkish jammin' flowers, they are guaranteed to always be outside enemy spawns, enemies chasing you can still get you tho~)
Gigi’s now signal their defensive stance more vividly with a different flicker.
New ‘death’ animation for Gigi.
Misc small tweaks.

WedgieDash is a compact, adrenaline fueled nsfw-ish action platformer that’s filled with charming and cute but oh so perilous characters! Reminiscent of the old classics, WedgieDash has a straightforward gameplay that is easy to pick up, but is complemented by a myriad of little features to make it fun and exciting for hours… Or will be qwq This version is a heavily work-in-progress and there’s a bunch of everything missing from animations to game mechanics. Still, there’s quite a lot to enjoy even now and it’s a must-try for anyone who likes to see cute, embarrassed anime girls duking it out and NES-like gameplay! Eufward!
